Welcome to the Temple of Being. The Temple is a place to take time out from your busy schedule and simply relax and feed your spirit. The next few pages are filled with information gathered from a variety of sources over the last thirty years. Feel free to use what you can and simply leave the rest. You may find that much of what is presented is not new but rather things you know in your heart of hearts but haven't taken the time to think about for a while, just a little food for thought. We hope to keep our home in a constant state of perpetual flux so feel free to stop by often and review what articles, recipes, meditations and guided imagery - have changed since your last visit.
We have been told that meditation is "food for the soul." Quiet time, peaceful inner work time, helps us listen to the conversation of our spirit.
