HONEYMOON HOTEL

We swear we'll never let our love decay
The while rude time destroys these bodies we
Here give in thankfulness and honest glee
Unto ourselves until they turn to clay.

If lives repeat like years, some blessed day
We`ll swear again to keep our love--our key
To bliss we'll share again in constancy
And nobleness for which we'll work and pray.

If life is once and ends the hour we die,
We'll once forsake remembrance while we go--
Forgetting last of all: "I love you, too."

If countless times and suns see you and I
Exchange our lives for love, each time you'll know
My life is more than yours--my life is you.
