My mother Mrs Saraswathy Sinniah, wife of late Dr Arumugam Sinniah of Maviddapuram, Sri Lanka, and dauther of late Navaliyoor Somasuntharappulavar and Chinnammaiyaar of Navaly, Sri Lanka, passed away on 31 March 2002 (Easter Sunday), in Christchurch, New Zealand.
