I've got both of these cd's, and absolutely love 'em! Supergrass has a very distinct, and different sound than any other band I've ever heard. I once read a review that said they sound like Green Day, but have never been able to make that connection.... As far as I'm concerned, they don't sound anything alike. (Maybe the person that wrote that reveiw never actually listened to the cd? who knows). Actually, I think Supergrass is far better than Green Day... They've got quite a bit more going for them, as far as talent.

Anyway, Supergrass is a British band, and from my understanding is reasonably popular in the UK, and Austrailia. They haven't made much of a name for themselves in the US yet, though. Hopefully Americans will take notice of 'em before too long. Until then, a lot of people are missing out on some great music.
I actually bought I Should Coco just for the fun of it.. I'd never heard 'em before. Fortunately, I ended up loving the cd. I was excited to hear they were coming out with a second cd (In it for the Money), and bought that one without listening to it... As I said before, they're both great buys! (And lucky you, I'm going to let you listen before you buy!... although these real audio's don't do the cd justice.) The song titles in BOLD below are the ones that have actually gained a bit of popularity in the US.. and with good reason... they're great songs. (Alright was featured in the movie Clueless)
