This is all rather jolly. I'm not sure that "cute" is the word I'd choose for Gulliver's Travels (the inhabitants of Laputa were rather vile, as I remember), but so. It has an excellent line where one of the Houhnyouhnyms (or however they're spelt) decide after meeting G. that humankind must be "the most poisonous race of little odious vermin that ever crawled upon the face of the earth" (again, from memory - I don't remember word for word...)

The layout of your page is entirely lovely.

It's pretty cool to find someone as young as yourself who likes classic literature. I found your page by way of your posting on the forum about classics. I thought your book review page was great. Although I would like to suggest a few. I'll start with my favorites. William Faulkner is a must read. Start with "As I Lay Dying" then maybe "The Sound and the Fury" and "Absalom Absalom." You also should have some Dickens on there, like "Tale of Two Cities" or "Hard Times." For classic Russian Lit. "Crime and P nishment" by Dostoevski is excelent. Shakespere's "Hamlet," a must. And for fun, Henry James "The Turn of the Skrew." Thanks. Drop by my page sometime. I'm afraid you'll find more philosophy than lit., though.
