What's New at Chrissy's Dojo?

November - December 1998 Archive

December 31, 1998 - Well I guess this is my last update of the year. I've been doing some maintenence on the page all month, but not much. Real life issues have taken up more time than I seem to have. Anyway, my Me section has been updated (i.e. revised yet again.)

November 16, 1998 - I *finally* added the piece of java for the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children, to my Causes etc. page The image map for navigating my site was also added to the bottom of this page! Don't ya just love it? ;)

I also *finally* added a link for Michelle's Darius Kasparaitis page.. check that out on my Links page! (Don't get too excited yet.. I haven't re-organized my links page, but do check out the new link! Its worth it!)

November 15, 1998 - I added a notice to my main index page, regarding my geoguide. Usually I am very much in support of what Geocities does. Usually they are creating projects that will benefit their homestaders, and visitors. This time, I cannot support them. They have begun showing banner ads for TIDE laundry detergent, which is a product of Procter & Gamble, a known company for testing on animals. I am a loving and caring person, who would never THINK of bringing harm to an animal... how could I willingly place an ad on my page for a company that slaughters animals without giving it a second thought?... The answer is that I cannot. If you see the ad on one of my pages, please know that it is NOT something that I am willingly displaying... If you see it, I ask you to respect me, and the living creaturs of this earth enough to not click on it. Instead, you can click Here to see a list of companies that do NOT test on animals. My favorite Animal Friendly products come from the Body Shop.

I added my Mystic Maiden membership banner to my MM page. Thank you, Atheena, for doing such a beautiful job on it!!

November 3, 1998 - Well if you've bookmarked, or made a permanent link to my Halloween page, you'll need to change the url. I just moved the Halloween subdirectory into a more spacious holiday subdiretory. (Gives me a little more flexibility for the rest of the holidays, huh?!)
