Favorite Recipes 

Armadillos (makes enough for 30 children)

What you need: 3 cups peanut butter, 3 cups honey, 3 3/4 cups powdered milk, 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar, cornflakes

What to do: 1. Wash your hands. 2. Mix peanut butter and honey. 3. Add powdered milk and powdered sugar. 4. Knead Mixture. 5. Shape small pieces of dough into balls (armadillos) 6 . Roll in cornflakes (shell.) 7. Eat the armadillos. 8. Clean your work area.

Individual Pumpkin Pie

You need: 2 teaspoons Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, 3 teaspoons milk, 3 teaspoons Cool Whip Topping, 3 teaspoons canned pumpkin, A sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice

You do: 1. Get a spoon and a cup. 2. Mix all the above ingredients in cup. 3. Pour in an individual pie shell. 4. Chill in refrigerator. 5. Eat and enjoy!

Texas Trash

You need: 1/2 cup Crispix cereal, 1/2 cup Golden Grahams cereal, 1/3 cup pretzel twists, 1/4 cup cheddar Goldfish, 1tbsp. Plain M&Ms, 1 tbsp. Sunflower seeds or peanuts

You do: Mix in a quart-size baggie. Eat and Enjoy!

Turkey Treats

You need: Oreo cookies, chocolate icing, candy corn, cinnamon red hots, Hershey Kisses

You do: Spread icing on Oreo to hold Kiss on its side with the point facing off the cookie. Spread 5 candy corn for tail feathers. Use dots of icing to hold red hot eyes. Eat and Enjoy!

Marshmallow Spider (makes 30 spiders)

You need: 30 large marshmallows, 60 M&M candies, large package chocolate chips, 5-oz bag red string licorice

You do: Put 8 small pieces (about 2" long) of string licorice into a large marshmallow for legs. Melt the chocolate chips. Dribble a large spoonful of melted chocolate over the marshmallow. Add two M&Ms for eyes while the chocolate is still sticky. Set aside to cool.

Dinosaur Food

You need: 1/4 cup dirt (cocoa), 1/2 cup swamp water (milk), 2 cups crushed bones (sugar), 1/2 cup fat (butter), 2 cups grass (oatmeal), 1/2 cup squashed bugs (peanut butter)

You do: 1. Mix dirt and swamp water. 2. Add crushed bones and fat. 3. Add grass and squashed bugs. 4. Heat and boil for one minute. 5. Place small spoonfuls on waxed paper. 6. WATCH OUT FOR DINOSAURS!
