VANCOUVER AC REUNION 1999, Joey Albert-Pacis
Joey Albert-Pacis graduated from Assumption High School in 1977 and College in 1981, majoring in AB Mass Communications. She is an accomplished and multi-awarded professional multi-media artist. On the same year she came out with her first single, she was awarded the country's Most Promising Artist of the Year. Her succeeding songs hit the top of the charts just like the first. Apart from being a TV/movie/concert personality, Joey also composes some of her songs. For health reasons, she rested for a couple of years. Joey currently resides in Vancouver, Canada. Recently, she has made a very successful come back -- performing in jam-packed concerts in the US and Canada for the Filipinos who haven't forgotten her nor her heart-rendering ballads. She is married to Ting Pacis and has two daughters, Trixie and Marga.

proudly hosts the next tri-ennial north American Assumption Reunion in August of 1999!!! And we are inviting all of you to come to beautiful British Columbia to join this three-day event which we are already now preparing for. The dates are set for August 13, 14 and 15 with the event culminating in a mass celebrating Assumption Day on the 15th. There are city tours and tours to Whistler and Victoria Island available. Canadian Airline is offering a special discount for all attendees (they have provided a special account number for those interested). Accommodations have been arranged for at Delta Pacific Hotels. And for those who wish to bring the kids along, childminding facilities (and indoor splash pools with lifeguards!!!) are available in this hotel.
