Judith McNaught
This is one of my favourite authors of trashy novels. She's awfully funny in her writing and her stories are always entertaining. I personally like her Medival settings to the present-day ones, but in either case, always a joy to read.

The first book of hers that i read. Simply wonderful! Alexandra is a headstrong girl, who by circumstances beyond her control, got married to a complete stranger that she saved. Her innocence and strong personality made her a charm to read about. Set in Medival period.

A Kingdom of Dreams
Jennifer tried all means to escape her captor when she and her sisters are taken as hostages. However, nothing prepares her when she realises that she has fallen for the unbearable man that keeps her apart from her family. She can't choose who she should be loyal to, a family that doesn't love her or a man who she loves. Set in Medival period.
 

Sidney Sheldon
This author needs no introduction. Her books are written intelligently, keeping the readers in suspense till the very last pages. Her plots are always cleverly planned and well-paced. No wonder her books are regulars in the best-seller list.
 

Rage of Angels
A book with courtroom scenes and brainstorming sessions as lawyers try their best to outwit one another. With humour and a little romance added in to make everything much more interesting. Definitely a good read.

If Tomorrow Comes
A personal favourite. Read and marvel at the intelligent ways the characters steal things right from under your nose, trick the smartest police officer into a wild goose chase and make a fool out of people in general.
 

Linda Goodman
I swear by her books on Astrology, and they never fail to amaze me with how accurate she is. For those who are also interested in this subject, you might want to check them out. Definitely useful if you want to impress your friends with your knowledge of Astrology and it's relationship with personalities of those around you.
