Languagues Cambodian people speak Cambodian as the official language (Also known as Khmer). The written language is based on Sanskrit--an indian characteristic feature for writing. One unique feature is that a whole sentence or paragraph looks like its written as one. This is because there is no spaces between each words or sentences. I'll put in an example next time.
The secondary languauge is French. Many Chinese, Vietnamese and Cham, who also are among the ethnic groups in Cambodia, usually speak their own language as well as Cambodian and French.
