"Silky Long Confinement" written April 30 - May 1, 1998
Night black Confinement creeping in on me.
Bright yellow sunlight flowing through the sky.
Soil brown confinement is all that I see.
Fire red flames kindled in the mind's eye.
Braided flax strands cascading on down.
Equestrian tail flying high on romance.
Falling, free wheeling, the mountain high crown.
Punctuated end in the shears of chance.
With roots darkest brown and the brightest sheen,
Bouncing high curls all heavenly heightened.
Intertwined braid of the thinnest gold beam,
Finishes neatly, knot finely tightened.
Various methods are seen all around,
Silk Long Confinement, in you I am bound.
