Hi! Welcome to PA Non-believers, Inc.
This page is intended for interested atheists, agnostics, and freethinkers
mainly in the PA area, but people from other states are welcome to check us out too!
We are mainly concerned with state-church separation issues so
Feel free to send us a message with any issues or concerns!
Religious nuts, please save your time and energy!
Below is the exact text of a message we recently received:
"you don't want religion shoved in your faces,
well maybe those good people who believe in god
don't want to hear or see your bullshit views either!
get a fucking life!!!!!!!!!!!!!
don't even reply cause I wont even open it
and anything that could possibly come from your minds
would be a bunch of shit anyways!"
This ignorant person would be better off
saving his/her anger and negative energy
for the made-up invisible being in the sky!
This type of message only makes us feel better about realizing that we are atheists!
Link below for the non-brainwashed to communicate with us:
Also, check out our great new website:[PA Non-believers]
And join us if you can, for our local meetings
of PAN (the Pennsylvania Non-believers), in York, PA (details below).

[Note to Christians]
What is an Atheist, you may wonder?
Well, I always like to refer back to something
Madalyn Murray-O'Hair wrote in the early 60's:
"...An Atheist loves himself and his fellow man instead of god.
An Atheist knows that heaven is something for which we should work now
--here on earth-- for all men together to enjoy.
An Atheist thinks that he can get no help through prayer
but that he must find in himself the inner conviction and strength to meet life,
to grapple with it, to subdue it and enjoy it.
An Atheist thinks that only in a knowledge of himself
and a knowledge of his fellow man can he find the understanding
that will help to a life of fulfillment.
Therefore, he seeks to know himself and his fellow man rather than to know a god.
An Atheist knows that a hospital should be built instead of a church.
An Atheist knows that a deed must be done instead of a prayer said.
An Atheist strives for involvement in life and not escape into death.
He wants disease conquered, poverty vanquished, war eliminated.
He wants man to understand and love man.
He wants an ethical way of life.
He knows that we cannot rely on a god nor channel action into prayer
nor hope for an end of troubles in a hereafter.
He knows that we are our brothers' keepers and keepers of our own lives;
that we are responsible persons, that the job is here and the time is now."
(We miss you Madalyn!)
