There is one question each one of us asks ourselves from time to time. It's this: Is there something more to life than I'm experiencing? Is there more than I can see? What happens when I die? This question, asked three different ways, haunts us unless and until we find the answer. There is more to life than we allow ourselves to experience. We try to meet our emotional and physical needs, but we forget about the spiritual. How do we meet our spiritual needs?
Some people have suggested that there are as many ways to find God as there are religions. As Pastor Rick Warren of Saddleback Valley Community Church says, that's like saying you can dial any number on your phone you want and still reach your home. That kind of thinking doesn't make any sense! There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for our disobedience to God. There is no other way!
Find the spiritual meaning you need in life through a personal, loving relationship with Jesus Christ. There is simply no other way to find peace in this life and hope for the life to come. There is no other way to get to heaven. Tell Jesus that you have been disobedient to God, that you need His forgiveness, then ask Him to forgive your disobedience to God, invite Him into your heart and life, and trust and follow Him as your Lord and Savior. Find peace in life through personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He'll transform your heart and life and give you hope!

The Hawes family of Lebanon, Oregon consists of Brian, Kim, David, and Daniel. We enjoy camping, listening to Christian and classical music, movies, and family fun.
Kim is a stay-at-home mom and substitute teacher. She loves good books (mostly Christian romances), counted cross stitch, crafts, working in the yard, and, above all else, shopping at thrift stores. She is active in a ladies' Bible study group, and directs our children's/youth musicals.
Brian is serving as pastor of the Sodaville Evangelical Church of Sodaville, Oregon. He has earned a Master of Ministry degree from the Pacific Evangelical School of Ministry. He belongs to the Lebanon Ministerial Association, and is president of the Willamette Area Ministers (Evangelical Church). He loves good jokes, Christian rock, alternative and rap music, counted cross stitch, playing video games, working on the computer, and Christian sci-fi. He is also an avid Star Trek fan.
David is a good student in the eleventh grade in Lebanon. He is a big science fanatic. He loves reading, playing with Legos, video games, and Veggie Tales. He also is a very good trumpet player, and also plays mellophone and French horn.
Daniel is a good student in the ninth grade in Lebanon. He loves playing with Legos, video games, Veggie Tales, and the "Ed, Edd, and Eddy" TV show. He especially enjoys most PS2 games.
