Fill a dish with water and place your right forefinger in it. Charge your energy into the water by concentrating on a white light streaming down from above through the crown of your head, down your arm, through your finger and into the water. Say:
"Here do I direct my Power, through the agencies of the Goddess and the god, into this water that it might be pure and clean as my love for the Lord and Lady." Take a teaspoon of sea salt and pour it into the water. Stir nine times, deosil, with your finger and say three times: "Salt is Life. Here is life. Sacred and new; without strife." Take the salted water and go around the room and in each corner, sprinkling it as you say the words above. Light the incense (a hanging censer is best to use) and go around the room again, swinging the censer in each corner, while saying appropriate words like you said when sprinkling the water.
