Magic Monday Restricted List
Every week all players will vote for 6 cards that they
would like to see restricted. One vote for each color and one vote for an
artifact or land. Once a single card receives 10 votes that card is considered
restricted. Restricted means that you may only have one of that card in your
deck at any given time. No card may be voted for twice (such as the case with
multicolored cards) and all multicolored cards are one of their color while in
consideration for a vote.
(Example: Crystalline Sliver is both a white creature and a blue creature.
You may not put it as both your white and blue votes and you may chose which
slot to put that in.)
It sounds really freaking confusing, but I guarantee it's not.
These lists are always up for debate.
