WHAT
A TEAM!
After starting the season with only five players we wondered what the season held for us, but thanks to Sarah and our “fill-ins” Lauren, Kayla and Georgia we managed to get a full team and have a very successful year.
We lost our first two games while the girls were learning the rules and their positions. After that they shot to “stardom” with only losing one more game. With Alison, Ellen, Laurie, Emma, Bethany and all the other girls playing netball for the first time they did a great job and their coach was extremely proud of them. The opposition better watch out in the future!
Thanks to all the mums and dads, grandmas and grandpas that came out to support the girls.
PS - Unofficially we finished top for the seasson, and we won all four games in the Round Robin.
