Dear Mayfield Graduate:

The Mayfield High School Alumni Association is a vital and growing organization. It was established in 1980 and is recognized as one of the most active in all of Cuyahoga County. Your Mayfield Alumni Association is successfully providing great things for present Mayfield students and alumni. The Association’s main purpose is to offer services to our present student body, such as career speakers, financial support for academic achievement programs, and scholarships. Secondly, the renewing of acquaintances through social activities, such as the Homecoming Tailgate Party, Reverse Raffle Dinner-Dance, memorabilia nights, golf outings, baseball/softball game, and parties will be a benefit to members of the Association.

Join your classmates and many other alumni in becoming a member of a growing and unique organization, promoting the respected name and image of Mayfield High School. Your membership will inform you of Association events and provide you with two newsletters per year as special purpose mailings. The Association will also assist you in organizing your class reunions, compiling your reunion mailing lists and many other services that are too numerous to list.

To become a member of this vital organization, complete the application below and send it with your $25 lifetime membership fee to the above address.
