I have started to do channeling in a "formal" way. The following message from Sananda I received on September 1st 1999, and it is translated from the original German version to English - for you guys to enjoy. (Thought that sharing it might be a good idea, I'm sure there are some more people "out there" who will be able to enjoy and take advantage of it.)

Sananda through Ashtarya, Sept. 1st, 1999

I AM Sananda, your Master of those infinite days before this time, the one who you so dearly loved, when together we experienced the time when I was in a body. I stand beside you, I have never left you. You are resting within my heart because this is your place. I carry you on my arms, you need not walk alone. I also carry you these last metres - the closer we draw to the point where the Ascension is at hand, the steeper the way becomes; but it will only strain you if you think that you have to master it alone. This is not at all necessary. You can always rely on Us. The Spiritual Hierarchies are at everybody's disposal. Everyone who calls on us, with a guileless heart, is welcomed and will be helped and also you. Very often you ask Us for something, an answer or something else, and on the spot you forget your request and don't think of listening to the subtle answers which we make available to you in your inner being.

Take this time for yourself - there is no reason to hurry. Your point of strength is the present. There is no goal towards which to run. You can sit cosily and let yourself be carried and like sitting in a train the goal comes towards you just by itself. Your main task is to sit back and enjoy the ride. That's all. Enjoy. To enjoy, is your function. We realize with joy that since the eclipse you have undertaken considerable steps in order to enable yourself this enjoyment, because nobody but yourself is blocking your way towards enjoyment. It is always the mind who tells you that you "have to do this" and you "mustn't do that". Only the mind, but it as well is limited like everything within this third dimension. Nobody forces you to listen to it, for - as unrealistic as it may seem to you - every, every, every second in your life is precious and it is wasted if you did not enjoy it.

Yes, also enjoy even the sufferings; they as well are a part of the third dimension, just like the joys. As long as the world is still persisting within this state of duality - and that will continue for a while yet - the sufferings are part of it. They are just the back sides of the coins of joy - but the humans like to forget this. Enjoy them, for they are part of a learning process. Enjoy that each time you suffer you also are able to register some progress and that from one time to the next you succeed better in making a different decision, and in realizing the suffering to be just relative, that it is something which you can choose but also un-choose. Nobody forces you to stay in a state of suffering - on the contrary! We cheer you on, we cheer you, until you find your way out. And all the time we keep motivating you. We keep calling to you:

"Go! One step further! Just turn around, look at the sun, how beautiful it shines!" Enjoy this incredible, extremely beautiful creation. This planet is paradise. It is paradise for those who have eyes to see, who have ears to listen, and who have a heart to feel. Enjoy your experiences, each and every little one of them. Just let them flow through you, let them help you grow, let them add to your treasure chest so that when you come home one day, you really have got them all, the full load, that you bring back from the big treasure hunt on planet Earth. But also be aware to let them go when the time is coming. Whatever the treasures are: they are not here to stay with you. They are for you to use. Be it material treasures or immaterial ones. All which is given to you, all which is bestowed upon you is just for temporary use - as long as you are in this third dimension, as long as you are in the body, as long as you need all this. But you should know one thing: once you return to where you came from, everything, everything and even more, more than you can ever imagine is already there for you - because YOU are already there. You are just like temporarily watching a movie and you are the director, you are the main actor, you are the writer and <chuckling> you are the audience, all in one person. And you are creating your own movie for yourself and for your personal growth so that you can add to the glory of this creation and that once again you know how to sing the glory of the Creator. And you know you will not sing this glory with your voice, but with your heart. And even if your face seems earnest or even sad, your heart is constantly singing, constantly singing the glory of your Creator, because once it stops singing, it will stop beating. So whatever it is which you are going through, be confident. Look forward and be in joy.
