Kingdom Kids
 Presenting Jesus to children and together with their families, modelling and building young disciples

Kingdom Kids (KKs) is the ministry of the Gospel to children at Crossroads Christian Church. KKs serves children in Preschool to year 6. (Teenagers in year 7 are invited to join our youth group called Crossfire). KKs meets on a Sunday morning at 10am and starts in the main auditorium with the adults at the Majura Community Centre. They finish with their own Morning Tea and are collected by parents and carers at 11.45am.

Our teachers

We have a great group of teachers who come along each week to teach the kids about God and to share their lives with them. Please feel free to talk to any of them about how your kids are going or just to get to know them.

Our Program

Each week we do a variety of things. We start with everyone in church, and then go out to spend some time altogether in Kids Church before we break up into classes. Our class time is spent looking at the bible, praying, talking about what we’ve learnt and doing activities (eg. drawing, crafts, cooking, music) that reinforce this learning. We then have our own morning tea and play time.

Our sponsor child – Dusie

At KKs we sponsor a child through Compassion Australia. Her name is Dusabamahoro Pelagia, but we call her "Dusie". She lives in Rwanda.

Children are invited weekly to contribute money towards her care and Christian teaching. We also pray for her regularly.
