Then what you need is a congenial environment to learn how to speak publicly with confidence . What better way than through the Toastmasters program. Toastmasters International is a non profit organization headquartered in California, USA with 180,000 members from 54 countries. Its mission is to improve communication and leadership skills of its members.

Cairnhill Toastmasters club is a community centre club in Singapore. It is conveniently located in the heart of Orchard Road opposite Newton Food Centre. Its address is 1 Anthony Road. We meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month in the conference room on the 2nd floor. During a toastmasters session there will be two parts, an impromptu speech session and a prepared speech session. During the impromptu speech session, speakers speak on topics of popular interest for 2-3 min. For prepared speeches, speakers prepare speeches from manuals provided by Toastmasters International.
