The Rowlett/Garland Early Childhood PTA (R/GECPTA) is a support organization for parents with children ages infant to six years. One of our main goals is to help aide parents in raising healthy, confident and compassionate children.
R/GECPTA, a State and National PTA organization, was established in 1984 and is a member of the GISD Councils of PTA's. Membership in R/GECPTA is open to families who live in Rowlett, Garland and surrounding communities in Texas.
The monthly meetings are held on the third Friday of the month August through May, from 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church of Rowlett, 4405 Main Street. A social with coffee is followed by a business meeting and a program of interest to parents of small children. During each meeting activities are provided for the children while their parents are enjoying the meeting and program. |
