Svetlana V. Gardash was born in 1976 in Moscow. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Russian State University for the Humanities in Moscow, as an economist, with a degree of a bachelor of sciences - B.Sc. (Econ.) in 1997. The diploma paper was "The Influence of Inflation on Ìacroeconomic Indexes: Correlation of Inflation and Unemployment in the USA, 1950- 1995". A prospective theme of research specialization at the Institute of the USA and Canadian Studies is "The Effects of Federal Tax Policy on an Economic Efficiency in the USA". |
S.V. Gardash has extensive practical experience of work as a network operator and web master with personal computers of various types (IBM PC, Apple Macintosh, Sun SPARCstation, NeXTstation - MS Windows NT, OS/2, MacOS, NeXT, Unix/Xenix, Solaris/OpenLook operating systems) in corporate local networks, Intranet and in Internet. Her basic programming languages are MS Visual C++, HTML 4.0; obtained proficient practical skills related to the network hypertexts, hierarchical information data structures, and to searching for information in the Internet. |
