JOINING THE INSL The INSL uses Real-time stats (Offence, Speed ect..) from REAL players around the world Allowing managers to custom-tailor their Club's Offensive, Defensive or Speed skills. Therefore It would be easy to create a team that bases its tactics/strategies on speed rather than defence or even offence. The simulator used for the league is a new one, that I have created (using C++) which compares each team's ratings against each others to determine how many shots there were in the game (similiar to MSWL's formulas).

Who can Join?
Anybody from any part of the world can join, as long as you meet the requirements/expectations below.

All you need is....
To participate in the league all you need is an E-mail account, the internet, some time and dedication.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
-to have a fun time! and for a chance to create your own "dream-team" while testing your ability to run a club skillfully.

MY EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU
-All managers must be active!
-Please don't Join only to quit a few days later, in other words if your going to join- Join for the long run not just so you have something to do this week.
-All players must send in a report every two weeks in the mailing list
-must be polite to other Players
