WHAT I EXPECT OF YOU:

  1. Demonstrate respect for teachers, other students, yourself, and guests in our classroom at all times.
  2. Be on time for class.
  3. Come to class prepared with all materials, books, and assignments. You will not be allowed to leave to get anything you are missing.
  4. Only one person talks at a time. Please raise your hand if you have something to contribute so that everyone gets a chance to be heard. Do not interrupt the person already speaking.(See rule number 1)
  5. All notes, homework assignments and tests should have the proper heading.
  6. Full credit will be given for assignments that are done correctly and handed in when DUE.
  7. If you are absent, it is your responsibility to find out what you missed and to make it up.
  8. Talk when it's time to talk, work when it's time to work.(See rule number 1)
  9. I expect you to take pride in your work and for you to challenge yourself to do your very best.
  10. You do not have to ask to leave class to use the bathroom, but only one person may leave the room at a time.
  11. You must ask permission to leave the room during a test.
  12. If you need to discuss any problems that you are having with the course I will be more than willing to hear you, but you must speak in a respectful manner.
  13. I expect you to learn as much as possible during the course of the year, but I want you to have a good time too!
