Nicholas Swinbourne, of Butterby, Durham and Bickenhill, Warwickshire

This Nicholas is probably the son of Thomas Swinburne and Hieronyma Chaytor, see Swinburne of Chopwell and Wylam, who was supposed to have died young. He was expelled from his family after his conversion to Protestantism. He moved to Warwickshire as his mother's family had connections there.
