The Guidelines for the consideration of sites for the

Proclaiming the Gospel Website award or the Church Website award

These Sites Will Be Denied the awards
1) Sites completely devoid of Godly material.
2) Sites that include links to bad sites (would you send Jesus the URL in an e-mail?).
3) Sites that indicate that the Bible is allegorical and not literal in its meaning.
4) Sites that undermine the literalness of the Bible in any way.
5) Sites that show disrespect to God, Jesus, or The Holy Spirit.
6) Sites that refer to God by such titles as "the supreme being," "the higher power," "the big guy," "the spirit in the sky," etc...
7) Sites saying anything hateful about anyone.  While discussion of other "religions" is okay, you must show kindness and respect to those involved.  We can show that a false religion is false without demeaning the followers - the love of God must be apparent at all times during such discussions.
8) Sites saying anything to cause dissention among Christians.  We're all on the same team here...
9) Sites expressing a view that evolution may have been a tool used by God.  Don't blame God for the random, chaotic nature of the theory of evolution.
10) Sites that malign other denominations (see #7 above).
11) Sites that declare there is no eternal security for a born-again Christian.  In other words, if you claim that sin will cost you your salvation, you will not be admitted.
12) Sites that compare Jesus to men of great historical significance; in other words, sites that claim Jesus was just a great man like Muhammad or Plato.
13) Sites that declare everyone is or will become a god, e.g., "We are all part of the universal being and will inevitably go to heaven."
14) Sites proclaiming that all of the world's religions are really offshoots of Christianity and all are equally valid.
15) Sites maintained by extreme charismatics. ( I do not believe in modern-day apostolic gifts *); however, I will tolerate a low-key charismatic site.  Because of the confusion surrounding the gift of tongues, I will be lenient in regard to sites that mention it in the modern-day church.   I will not however, tolerate sites that depict the Holy Spirit as someone who makes you lose control of yourself.  It's okay to be emotional at a Spiritual meeting, but don't blame the Holy Spirit if you act crazy.  Being slain in the Spirit; rolling on the floor; screaming and acting hysterically are not tolerable.  Further, if your site alleges that manifestation of these so-called "gifts" is necessary for salvation, I will not admit you.  If you claim to have received prophecy and publish it on your site, I will not admit you.
16) Sites that are simply commercial in nature and are trying to broaden their reach . There may be exceptions to this, please write.
17) Sites that are completely written in a language other than and excluding English (I speak English and can't monitor or screen foreign-language sites).
18) Sites that are really only discussion forums or gateways to discussion forums.
19) And finally, I never thought I'd have to include this, but   Sites that include pagan, wiccan, polythestic or satanic
materials. Included here are pictures of nude witches, elves, fairies and goddesses.

Statement of Faith

We Believe in the Scripture of the Old and New Testaments as inspired by God, and inerrant in the original writing, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life.

We Believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We Believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, was born of the virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

We Believe that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned, and thereby incurred, not only physical death, but also that spiritual death which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature.

We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scripture, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice; and that all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood.

We Believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into Heaven, and in His present life there for us as High Priest and Advocate.

We Believe in "that blessed hope," the personal and imminent return of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

We Believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God.

We Believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting punishment of the lost.
