A Tribute in Honor of:
Wayne Inman
Wayne Edward Charles Inman, 51, of Aspen, passed away at Valley View Hospital on July 10, 2004 from natural causes.

Wayne was born in Denver, CO on May 14, 1953 and moved to Aspen in 1956 with his parents Noreen May & Wayne Alfred Inman and his big sister Beverly.

Wayne was a colorful character in life.  During his childhood and high school years he was an accomplished athlete excelling in baseball, cross country skiing, ski-jumping and hockey.  He was infamous for his beautiful dives into the Grottos and was well-known for many years on the softball fields around Aspen.  Wayne had no fear and relished attempting the hard and/or impossible not-well-known athletic feats in life.  He worked construction most of his life and will be remembered for his love of pitching in to help friends with their projects.  Wayne loved entertaining children and was a wonderful playmate for them.  Wayne had recently been building and working in the “Mother Earth” Garden located on Oklahoma Flats in Aspen.  He was a good friend to his friends, lived life on the edge, was a good person and will be missed sorely by his many friends left behind.  Wayne was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aspen Aerie No. 184.
