| Standing. Let's meditate on the Word of God. I believe this is the very important time. The Holy Spirit is flowing in this place and He wants to speak to us.
But we have works to do. The Lord says, As the angel of spiritual war standing in front of us,
with the spear in his hand. As the angel of harvest
standing before us, with the sickle in his hand. The Lord
hold the harvest is standingh before us. Will we respond
Him now? It is the last call. There's no time to wait.
Only the power of God can sustain us. We cannot live in
any other ways. We have to turn to God. We have to change
our lives. And then only this nation will be blessed.
Holy Spirit is touching many people now. We need to understand the great commission given to the early church. And we are part of the church of God. We read in Mark chapter 16 verse 15 onwards:
Verse 17 says:
The great commission is not for full time pastors!
All authority has been given to me in heaven and on
earth. The first thing that Jesus told the church, the
little church.
He said, "All authority and power is given to Me." And He said to the church, "Go ye therefore!" He delegated His authority to the church. Hallelujah! The great commission is to go to the whole world.
Hallelujah! We need to know that every church, it is
important that every church can carry the same call. And
we know that Jesus is the head of the church. Hallelujah! The call of God is to the whole world. A whole call of
God of the local church is to the whole world. If you have the mind of Christ, then your call is not only for yourself, not only for your local church, but for the whole universal church. Hallelujah! We have the mind of Christ. And this is the burden of God to reach the whole world. Every local church must have the mind of Christ. And the mind of Christ is to win the whole world. At least every local church has an international ministry. Why? Because we have the mind of Christ. We read in Acts chapter 1 verse 8. Acts chapter 1 verse 8 says:
Friends, the call of the church is to be a witness to not only for Jerusalem, but to the uttermost part of the world. In English it says, "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you and you shall be witnesses both in Jerusalem." Now the word both is mentioned. God has called us to be witnesses both in Jerusalem, in Samaria, and every part of the world. The local church's responsibility is not only for its own are, but also to the uttermost part of the world. We don't only pray for Indonesia. We pray for the other part of the world at the same time. Now the local church in Jerusalem has a wrong understanding. They thought the great commission in only for the Jews. And they stayed and witnessed only to their own people. But the Word of God says that you shall be witnesses in Jerusalem to the uttermost part of the world. Some people said, "Let us first do in Jerusalem, then go to Judea. Then we go to Samaria. Then we go to the uttermost part of the world." If the Jews stayed in Jerusalem and still try to win only the Jews, number one we would not be saved. Number two up to now Jerusalem is not totally saved. They would not have come to Indonesia. Hallelujah! God has to break the tradition. In 1 verse 8 says, "Go and you shall be witnesses." But when they did not obey, in chapter 8 verse 1, the shaking took place. Chapter 1 verse 8 says: "You shall be witness to the whole world!" Chapter 8 verse 1 says, the percecution took place and every body get scattered all over the world. We read in verse 1:
The church that moves in the Spirit will fulfill the plan of God. Church need to realize that the great commission is for every person to obey and fulfill. Hallelujah! And we are not only call for our own occation, but to everywhere at the same time. And here we see that God make things happen in Jerusalem that they have to leave because of the persecution. I believe whatever that is happening in Indonesia God
has a hand in it. Call the strongmen to come down, God
has a hand in it. I know that Bethany church fasted
almost every year, 40 days fast. Your prayers ascended to
heaven. And that cause the leadership to shake. The
spirit behind this nation was weakened. That's why we
cannot stop. In Matthew chapter 28 verse 14. We read,
"Jesus was talking about end time." And I
believe that we are living almost at that time. And we
need to realize it is 1998. We are in 1998. Hallo! It is a real thing. Hundreds have died is a real
thing. Hundreds of churches burned down is a real thing.
Don't be like the unbeliever.
The church is going to be a powerful witness in the
whole world before Jesus come. God is going to bring a
great revival upon the whole nations of the world.
Indonesia is going to experience an unprecedented revival
that never has happened before. The prophets are
prophesying. But the church, some of them are still
sleeping. Still have a thick ear, deaf ear. Wake up!!
Listen to what the Spirit of God is saying! Be alert
while it's still day. But when night comes it will be too
late. He said that the church will rise as a powerful
witness. The church will rise as a witness. The United Nations is going to Irak to test the nuclear power there. Because they are afraid that the powers that Irak will use will affect the whole world. But even if the United Nations check the church they cannot detect the power. Probably they will detect the power, but they cannot cripple the power. The greatest power in this world is the power of the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! You possess the greatest power. Hallelujah! You are very dangerous. The devil is more afraid of you than Saddam Husein. Hallo! You are very dangerous people. Because all authority in heaven and earth is given to you. Hallo! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Some people are not using the power. They polish the weapon nicely and put it on the wall. They look at it and say, "Beautiful!" It is not going to help you at all. But if you take the weapon, put in the bullet, aim at the enemy, not the brother that gossiped about you, at the devil. And shoot at the devil. Hallelujah! That's where you see the power flow. God wants the church to rise up in the power of God. Because this is the time. Hallelujah! The South African government last month. They went to the Rhema church. This is the church where Benny Hinn used to go. They asked the Rhema church's leaders to give the government advice how to run the government. The churches in Singapore had united themselves, and they are actively involved in solving the social issues, the community problems. And the government is opening many sectors cause the church to be involved in settling the government matters. The church will rise as a powerful witness. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! We are mighty army of God. God will give us how to
enter into the community. The angel with the sickle is going before us. The angel with the spear is going even more before us. Hallelujah! Prapering the way for us to bring forth the great harvest. "Get ready!" says the Lord. "Get ready!" says the Lord. We read in John chapter 4, Jesus speaking concerning the harvest. Verse 34:
Verse 35 says:
What Jesus is saying? He said, "Lift
up your eyes! Lift up your eyes!" The devil wants
you to look down. We see in John chapter 4, 3 types of people. One, the
Samaritan woman.
Now, the important thing is we need to seek the
kingdom of God first. Some people said, "How shall
we put our priority!" Look at verse 31:
Verse 32:
God knows that you need all these things. And
therefore it is the gentiles make that as their priority.
But we are supposed to seek the kingdom of God and His
righteousness. Now you say, "Pastor Amos, what shall
we do? What is first, what is second, what is
third?" The first thing we must realize that we are
born by the blood of Jesus. And when He gave the great
commission. He gave to the early church. Not only to the
disciples, but to the whole church. The disciples, to
their families, to their children, to their grand
parents. It is the call of God to the whole body to
Christ. The time has come that we must put God's call the
center of our lives. God should be first. The call of God
should be first. We must center our life upon God's will.
And everywhere we go we become witnesses. We are talking about a group of people. They are holding companies, big, big one. And now they are in big trouble that they did not seek the Lord. I begin to minister to them. And I said, "You got to put God first. Put righteousness first. Center your life on God's principles. You cannot start a business without following God's will. You must take our your KKN from your business." Hallelujah! You must base your business, base your life, your family on God's call, God's will. Hallelujah! If we put God's will first. If we put God's call first, then you know how to take care of your family and you know how to take care of your business. And you know how to balance your life. But all family is important. Working is important. But if we put God first, God will give you the widsom to balance the whole things. And when Jesus comes, you will be ready. How many people are ready when Jesus come? Hallelujah! We must realize that Jesus is the one Who lead us into the harvest. We find that the early church, the Holy Spirit was the Leader. That is one example in Acts chapter 16 verse 6:
Paul is a man who is well educated. He is planning to go to Asia. And he knows that is the place. It is the right place to preach the Gospel More prople're staying there, that is a right strategy. All his plan is the right place to go. But the Holy Spirit stop him. On verse 7:
They tried to go to Asia, Holy Spirit stopped them. They tried to go to Bithynia, Holy Spirit stopped them. In the natural, that's a good place to go. But the work of God must be led by the Holy Spirit. And when verse 9 said that Paul had a vision. And the men from Macedonia said, "Come! Come!" And in verse 10 we see Paul bringing the Gospel to Macedonia. We need to be led by the Spirit. The church that is led by the Spirit will fulfill the plan of God. Jesus was led by the Spirit. Even though the Samaritan woman as it is said traditionally don't speak to Him. But Jesus step by step, step by step, step to her and won her for Christ. We got to get ready. It's our call, the call of God is for every believer. Every believer is called to be a witness. Hallelujah! When I committed by life to Jesus, I was still in the police post. I start to walk right with God. Everybody rejected me. But slowly God began to open the door. And the whole station began to honor Jesus. You are lights in your working place. God will help you in your business if you walk right, if you walk in the will of God. He will do miracles and draw people to Himself. I was pastorin a church in Singapore for 4 years. Holy Spirit told me to leave the church to go to India one year. It was difficult for me, but I obeyed and went. After I have been there for 15 years, the work in India has now grown. We have hundreds of local church. The church that I left in Singapore now have built other 50 churches. God told me to Malaysia for 3 years. We start with 4 churches. Today are 17 churches. Everywhere we got to be led by the Holy Spirit. I want to give you a last thing before I close, one example. Holy Spirit told me to go to Malaysia. I left one pastor there in a moslem kampong. He rented a house that belong to a moslem school principle. Holy Spirit told me to go and help him. Eight of us went there and start to pray. I told him, "God told me that you have to help you a problem." He said, "Ya!" He had a lot of problems in this place. We went into chain prayer. Every hour 2 persons pray. And Holy Spirit speak to us, "Go the the town and look for another place." We prayed and prayed. We went to the town and we got a place to rent. That day the owner give my the key. The first 15 day you could stay free. This is the key. I came back to the house. The police man form the police station and the school principle came to the house and said, "Tomorrow, you must leave this place!" He never run away from there. Because we got a new place for the him already. You see you must be led by the Spirit. And church that is led by the Spirit will fulfill the great commission. The harvest is already ripe. We got to take up our eyes and begin to look at the harvest. We got to intercede and pray. The Holy Spirit will guide us and we would get a great harvest. So we went to that place. And then the Holy Spirit speak to us again, "Put 4 day crusade." KAMI TENGKING SUARA ITU. How could you have a 4 day crusade? The complaint went to the police station. The kampong is against us. How can we do a crusade? The eight Singaporeans and surely we are in trouble. This is a small town. It's impossible. God said, "Prepare for 4 day harvest! Evangelistic meeting! Make brochures! And everyone to send." Before giving the brochures, talk to them first, then give them. With another pastor, we went to a barber shop. They were SEPUPU. They are moslem. And when they are cutting, these two barbers talk to themselves. He said, "In our moslem kampong, there was a pastor living in one house. Don't know what power he had, he broke our guardian angels. We had 2 jin, jin, jin. ROH jin, protecting the kampong. This pastor's prayer broke the two spirits. The complaint went to the SURAU. SURAU is a placee where they pray, a small mosque. The omplaint from the MASJID went to the police station. Then these two barbers said, "Praise god, they're run out going back to Singapore." I was quite worried. My friend, the barber was shaving his neck. He said, "We are the ones." I was thinking why he opened his mouth? Then he KAGET you know. He said, "No, no, we are not coming against your religion. Don't you know, we have our own belief, we have our own God. That's a PERANG, you know. PUJI TUHAN KITA PERANG we won." Hallelujah! Church need to know your power you have from Jesus. So we rented this place. Holy Spirit says, "Have an evangelistic meeting. Going call all the hindus, moslems, buddhists, everyone!" And so we need a chair, 200 chairs to support church. Don't what to say to the church. I went to a moslem coffee shop, drink tea. Holy Spirit
showed about the man and about the woman who owned the
shop. You have 8 brothers and sisters. I wrote it all.
Your husband has a kidney problem. Your load has not yet
paid. 8 word of knowledge written down. When I call the
owner of the coffee shop, "This is what Jesus ask me
to tell you!" He read, read it, "Wow, wow,
every word is true. It is true. How come you know?" This is the road, we are on the road side and there is the coffee chop. The mosque leader was in the coffee shop, wearing the white hat. Thay are looking at me, "This is the trouble maker!" We are on the road side. I told this man, "If Jesus can heal you!" He said, "OK, pray for me!" At the road side. Open air, meeting TANPA IJIN. "In Jesus' name! In Jesus' name! Be healed!!" He fell down on the ground. O, the spirit coming out. And all the white hats began to look out, "What's happening?" They didn't know that they have just attended a gospel meeting. Hallelujah! Because they heard, "In Jesus' name!" and
the spirit came out, and the pain go off. He took all the
burden. "What do you feel? How do you feel?" Some of you here will pray for the sick. Pray for the dead that will rise. Hellelujah! Hellelujah! Hellelujah! Get ready! Great harvest waiting. I am just to give a few more, what happened that night. We went to the Chinese Association. The moslem shop owner leading the Christian to go to the Chinese Association to get chairs for the Christian meeting. Then the Chinese Association said, "I do not have enough chairs. Go to the Chinese temple!" And KLENTENG said, "OK, take the 200 chairs, and just give a small offering!" So the moslem man help the Christian man to get help from the Chinese temple. To have chairs for the Gospel meeting. Hellelujah! If you follow the Holy Spirit, the whole Indonesia
will be harvested. Because we are powerful.We are
powerful. We are not afraid. Jesus in our heart. Students are going to the government building and shouting and throwing stones. Why? Because they are angry, not satisfied. MPR is no doing the right one. They are not happy! But they are doing the wrong way. But we have the better way. We BERLUTUT, we go on our kneew. We rise up in the Spirit. We got build the Holy Spirit. We come against the devil. Hi you devil behind the MPR. Hi you devil behind Indonesia. In the name of Jesus! In the name of Jesus! I cast you out! I cast you out! I bind you up! Get out of this nation!! And whole Indonesia would be saved. Not by flesh and blood, but by prayer, by fasting, by love, by giving, by unity. We shall win this nation. We shall win this nation. Hellelujah! Hellelujah! Everybody stand and praise the Lord. Hellelujah! Hellelujah! God is calling a mighty army today. Nothing is impossible. Friend, let me tell you taht 4 nights. The time is so short. God made the police man who was against the church, every night to support us, protect us. It's a big miracle. When the church begin to pray, and the church begin to respond the call of God. And when the church begin to put the great commission. And you accept the call of God, and begin to be ready for the harvest, the Holy Spirit will move you, the power of God will move. God will open the way when there is no way. And there's no way, God will open the way. Everybody stand before God. Every eye closed! Every
eye closed! Every eye closed! Every eye closed! Every eye
closed! Holy Spirit is standing in this place. The 2
angels are standing in this place. The warrior angel and
the angel with the sickle. Tonight the angel with the
sickle is looking for man and woman willing to put the
great commission, first in their life. Willing to put the
call of God first. Indonesia! Indonesia! The harvest is
already ripe. Don't look down. Lift up and see! Lift up
and see! Lift up and see! Seek ye the kingdom of God
first. Put the call of God first, and the rest shall be
added unto you. 1999 is the year of miracles! God will give you the wisdom to win your neighbor.
Thousands of moslems will be openly saved. It is going to
shake the moslem world. Do not be afraid. We are not
against anybody. We love everybody. We respect
everybody's religion. But Jesus said, Jesus said,
"Go ye to the whole world! Go ye to the whole world!
Go ye to the whole world!" The first of all. Maybe you have not made a fresh commitment. The harvest is already ripe. As we intercede and stand as intercessors, there are 2 things God's putting in your hand. On one hand, a spear, to be an intercessor in prayer. On the other hand, a harvesting sickle to win the soul. God wants you also to make a commitment tonight.
Don't worry how! Don't worry how! Don't worry how! Just say, "YES!" Just make a commitment. He will give you the power. He will give you the anointing. He will do the signs and wonders. Nothing is impossible for Jesus! Nothing is impossible for Jesus! Nothing is impossible for Jesus! Nothing is impossible for Jesus! Nothing is impossible for Jesus! Nothing is impossible for Jesus! Everyone of you, speak to Jesus! Say, "Yes Lord! Yes Lord! Yes Lord! I will harvest! I will be a minister! I will serve You! I will serve You Lord!" Hellelujah! "I will serve You Jesus! Oh, I will serve You! I will serve You Jesus!" I want to pray for God's blessing come. You are given a commitment form. Maybe you don't have it now, but you can show your hand. I want you to write your commitment. Earlier, you sign for the intercessor. Now, write at the bottom. Where you say, "I am ready to serve! In any area in the Gospel, on any other ministry in church, putting God's call first!" To show your hand, if you don't have the commitment form, they will give it to you. And fill it out. Hellelujah! Hellelujah! Thank you Jesus! Let's sing this song, "THE HOUSE OF PRAYER!" One more time! Everybody! So that the new anointing will come upon you. Second verse. RECEIVE THE ANOINTING OF INTERCESSION!
