the program intended to edit structure and contents of a PE file .The program is under construction and everybody, who wants to join the development team, can do it at any time,

currently in demand : 

assembler feature    -   a dll or source code for assembling mnemonics to binary.
disassembler feature -   a dll or source code to disassemble  a binary stream.
resource handling    -   a dll or source code to edit resources in a PE file





 i am using Delphi and object pascal with some OOP  so  it is important to note that  it is preferable
 to use the language, so  if you have experience in creating  programs in Delphi , contact me 
 via E-mail . After some negotiations you can obtain SOuRcEs of the project.
