(1) I SURRENDER ALL  

I admit that of myself, I am empowered to solve my own problems, to improve my life.  

(2)I BELIEVE  

I now come to believe that a power greater than thyself--The Infinite Creative Intelligence--GOD --, is responding to me in a personal way.  

(3) I UNDERSTAND  

I now realize that erroneous, self-defeating thinking is the cause of my problems, failures, unhappiness and fears. I am ready to have my belief system completely altered so my life can be transformed.  

(4) I DECIDE  

I make a decision to turn my life over to the care of GOD, the Master Mind, surrendering my will and false beliefs. I ask to be changed at depth.  

(5) I PERSONALLY FORGIVE  

I forgive myself for all the mistakes I have made. I also forgive and release everyone who has injured or harmed me in any way.  

(6) WE ASK  
We now make known our specific requests to GOD, the Master Mind, and our partners  
"WE ASK GOD TO GIVE CCT THE ABILITY AND WISDOM TO COMPLETELY BUILD A NEW CHURCH.

RESPONSE:  
We know GOD has heard us, and we will experience what we have asked for.  

(7) GRATEFULLY ACCEPTING  
We joyfully accept and give thanks, believing that the miracle working power of GOD, the Master Mind, has responded to our every need.  

(8) DEDICATION AND COVENANT  

We dedicate ourselves to be of maximum service to GOD and our fellowman, to live in a manner that will set the highest example for others to follow, and to remain an open channel to GOD's will. We go forth with a spirit of enthusiasm, excitement, and expectancy. We now have a covenant in which it is agreed that GOD, the Master Mind, shall supply us with an abundance of all things necessary to live a success-filled and happy life.
