As the church's property management body, the Board of Trustees has overall responsibility for cleaning and landscape maintenance. This includes all of the church's grounds, facilities, furnishings and equipment. The board appoints a coordinator for these activities.

Regular cleaning and landscape maintenance is done weekly by volunteers from the congregation. Members are asked to donate a Saturday morning on a future scheduled date to help perform these tasks. In addition, major cleaning is accomplished twice a year. All members are invited to participate in these work days.

Also, many repairs, building projects and regular building maintenance are accomplished with volunteer labor. These labors of love have saved the congregation hundreds of dollars each month in maintenance costs.
