LWMS

The Pacific Southwest Circuit is one of all the Circuits in the nation that help make up the National LUTHERAN WOMEN'S MISSIONARY SOCIETY (LWMS) which meets once a year at a National Convention in late June. Here a Foreign and Home Mission are chosen to receive support on a nation-wide basis.

Small Mission Boxes are available to all families that would like to save their extra coins for these mission purposes. Twice a year the contents are collected. Seventy-five percent of the amount donated goes to a locally chosen mission. The remaining 25 percent is forwarded to the National LWMS for Foreign and Home distribution.
