I am an big old movie buff and here are some of my all time favorites:

FOREVER MY LOVE, if you have never seen this movie then you still think that GONE WITH THE WIND is the worlds greatest love story and not to put GW down but you don't know anything. VIVA la MOTHER !!

THE NAKED JUNGLE, with Charleston Heston.  MARABONTA - if you don't know what that means then you have never watched McGyver.

THE UNCONQUERED, with Gary Cooper.  "Little arrow", this one shows up on the AMERICAN MOVIE CHANNEL ever so often-  do yourself a favor and check it out next time its on.

MY FAIR LADY, I drive everyone in my family crazy with this movie - no one can stand it.

I have recently joined the Film Club at school and have really enjoyed it. If you would like to find out more about how movies are made and how movies "manipulate" us check out this book "Understanding Movies" by Louis Giannetti. It uses examples that range from old silent movies like Chaplin's "City Lights" to Spielberg's "Schindler's List". If you like the American Movie Classic's intros you will love this book.
