The Fruits of my Labors

Campi: The Fruit Seller 7/22/2000: Ooh, ah; I implemented the title tag for my links! I love being able to show my last update date this way. I got hip to this trick thanks to the wondrous Kristin Thomas (who in turn paid homage to the WebMistress).

Still to do:

  • named anchors on Links page

5/12/2000: I've been adding all kinds of documents accessible from the Restaurants page, and updating them frequently. We can't get enough of Vietnamese sandwiches and pearl tea in our office, dontcha know.

Still to do:

  • named anchors on Links page

  • Add an easy way to check the last update date - maybe add a link to this page at the bottom of all pages - maybe even a named anchor (?) to the Content Status on this page

4/27/2000: Implemented named anchors on the restaurants page. The vacation planner (ECV2000) is getting updated regularly as our plans come together.

3/6/2000: Created a title for every page. There's a new link on the mainpage to our vacation planner (ECV2000).

2/26/2000: Implemented relative pathnames. Modified the tail end of all pages so they would be more or less consistent: they all have a bar at the bottom separating the dreaded geocities banner from my content. Also fixed color scheme for dilettante pages.

  2/25/2000: Added this page.

2/12/2000: Complete site redesign. New color scheme (matte khaki green background; dark khaki green text; dark sienna links; light khaki beige followed links (the Gap would love this color scheme). Feedback: unless people have their settings configured to show "true color", most of these colors don't show up. Instead they default to greys. Damn.

PRE-2/12/2000: Old color scheme: white background, teal/spring green text, cornflower blue links, light grey followed links. Colors worked really well with those images (the Athens trestle and the Burne-Jones cropped image).
