Seattle News - Thank you Alicia Jr.
We had a GREAT time at Thanksgiving. I am pretty sure we didn't leave the house more than two times, if that. The days were spent watching movies and eating, eating, and then eating dessert. The day after Thanksgiving we managed to watch 4 movies in one day, perfecting the "Janning" art. The nights were filled with playing liars dice, and a variety of card games. It was so much fun.On Thanksgiving Marty and George cooked turkeys. The motto for the holiday was, "There is nothing wrong with having two turkeys." It was a great meal with family and friends. Afterwards we went bowling, a continuing Thanksgiving tradition that we look forward to all year.Judd and Sherrie bought a new cute house that we all went to see. It will be sad when they aren't living 10 feet away. Lucky enough for the family they are only moving a few blocks away. Somehow we will manage.I am so glad that the Uncle Jerry, Aunt Katy, Jason, & Matthew we able to visit. Those boys keep getting cuter. I am sorry that I will miss the rest of the family at Christmas. I do not get to be at home in Seattle very many days out of the year so the time is important to me. Life at Gonzaga is going great. I am a junior this year and continue to love my friends and the education I am getting here. I hope everybody else had a great Thanksgiving.P.S. If anybody who was in Seattle was wondering who they lost all of their money to in cards and dice… IT WAS ME! Thanks! Now I get to treat myself to Starbucks for the next few weeks.Love you all! Alicia
