in the country,  the United States Department of Justice,
estimates that there are more than 1/2 a million false reports
of sex crimes every year.

NASVO puts the estimate much higher.
More than 70% of all sex crime related accusations are false.
At least 50% of rape convictions are found out to be unjust, sooner or later.
There are thousands of innocent people trapped in our prison system.
Some false accusations of rape are mistakes, most are intentional lies.

It is not true that people who are robbed are never expected to share the blame.
For instance: If you leave your keys in your car and it is stolen,
most car insurance will not and do not have to paid you for the loss of your car.
There are other examples that I could list, but I won't bore you.

Of course your first mistake is to believe anything that
the murders of children, (...ie FBI / waco), have to say about anything.
The plain truth and fact of the matter is that rape and sexual abuse
are not under-reported as many feminists would have you believe;
it is over-reported.
 

Wake up !

 First, because many women realize quite early that the system has been designed to protect rapists and instead accuse victims of false reporting, they often give up.  These "accusations" may also be included in these estimates, if such statistics do, in fact, exist.  Second, if the FBI were made up of a bunch of child killers (a ridiculous stereotype), how could they possibly benefit from providing statistics that favor the rights of children who are raped?  Third, NASVO is the parent organization for VOCAL (Victims of Child Abuse Laws), a group devoted to the protection of parents who allegedly molest and abuse their children, and as such cannot be trusted to provide unbiased information regarding false reporting of crimes.  Finally, if the FBI cannot be trusted, why talk about statistics allegedly reported by the Department of Justice, which is headed by the U.S. Attorney General, Janet Reno, who spearheaded the Waco investigation? And why would the U.S. Dept. of Justice report statistics that are not consistent with the FBI statistics, a division under the Department of Justice?

The facts from the FBI are accurate.  Less than 3% of rape acusations are false.  This statistic is consistent with statistics compiled by Rape Crisis Centers, and it is also consistent with false reports for other crimes.

Your "facts" are feminist propaganda and meaningless statistics which have compiled and interpreted by interested parties with a bias. I have no regard for either one of them other than to refute them because they are both bogus and they both result in group hatred, tainted juries and wrongful convictions. I have plenty of other statistics on hand which indicate that nearly half of all reported rapes are false which I am far more inclined to believe, especially in the case of so-called "date rape." But I don't care about statistics which is why I don't display them on my site - I care about the facts of Les Whaley's case and I care about keeping innocent men out of prison. Feminist propaganda and rhetoric of the type you just sent me is what is responsible for innocent men being convicted on accusation alone because they are now considered guilty until proven innocent - something that hasn't happened in this country since the time of the Salem Witch Trials.

In our courtrooms today where accusation = guilt a "victim" doesn't have to prove anything. Her mere accusation and a few well-rehearsed tears are more than enough. Put her on trial? The way feminists have manipulated law-makers and the media the deck is nothing but stacked against the man if he's unfortunate enough to be falsely accused. He's done for. She couldn't be more protected. The poor guy doesn't stand a chance.

"It's VERY difficult for a woman to obtain a conviction." Tell that to Les Whaley, Jim Anderson, Gary Dotson and God knows how many other men who have been convicted on accusation alone.
