GROWING UP SPIRITUALLY(excerpt from Growiing
Intellectually, Spiritually, Prophetically in the Hebrew Israelite Culture and
Faith, Rabbi Shalomim HaLavi)
[The Moral Life]
"From the
theory of Torah which underlies the whole of
Afrucan Israelite Ebionite doctrine, it inevitably follows that the way to the living of the
Moral life must be sought and could only be found in the divine
revelation(Torah). What the Torah commands and prohibits is the sure guidance
and morality consists in compliance with its precepts(Excerpt taken from
Everymans Talmud, Cohen).
[Imitation
of YHWH]
D’var
13:5(JPS), “follow none but the LORD(YHWH) your God(Almighty), and revere none
but him; observe his Commandments alone, and heed only his orders; worship none
but him, and hold fast to him...”
The Imitation of
YHWH is the way for all of mankind to strive. To Imitate means to do as one
would do, act as one would do, and live like another would live. It means to do
exactly what another would do. Because YHWH is Holiness and we are made in his
image and likeness, we are to imitate his Holiness in our lifestyles. We are to
be whole, unique and complete in ourselves according to YHWH’s Torah.
YHWH is a Father of
Faithfulness, therefore we are to be faithful to him in everything we do in his
Torah Covenant Community. Faith-Ahmoonah, creates situations whether positively
or negatively. No matter what, we all have faith in something. And according to
that faith will we live our daily Ethical(unethical) lives. Even doubt is
faith, except it is faith in what is against your total life and achievements.
You’re either going
to believe and work towards the Goal of Torah which is YHWH’s holiness or
something else(i.e. Paganism and Hasatan). Even Atheist believe there is no
Creator?...
YHWH is the pattern
after which all mankind must strive to imitate. YHWH has supplied us, the Torah
Covenant Community peoples with his Ruach-qodesh, the SPIRIT OF HOLINESS(those
who have received it), in order to be led and taught how to properly Imitate him
according to his Torah. Mankind is supposed to be executing the Physical
manifestation of YHWH’s will upon the earth.
The imitation of
YHWH can be seen in ones character, which dictates the kind of lifestyle one
lives and molds the personality traits. Character Traits is the Hebrew word, "Middah", which means, “measure”.
The measure of the quality of your life and success is in the refinement of
your Character traits, that is, moving closer to the Shekinah of YHWH’s image,
in which we were all created.
*Are you a caring
person ? Do you deal with others in business, social or personal matters with
respect and integrity? Are you patient and longsuffering? do you value yourself
or is your esteem well balanced? Are you aiming at Achieving goals and YHWH’s
purpose for your life? Do you have effective Torah study? Are you gentle with
others ? are you diplomatic, in avoiding strife and confusion? Are you a giving
and forgiving person? Are your family priorities in order? Are your morals and
lifestyle in line with Torah? Do you keep your diet and physical healthy? Is
your personal relationship with YHWH in good standing?
These questions are
just some of the many character traits we must evaluate in ourselves. The Ten
Commandments are the summarization of the relationship between YHWH and man and
mankind with each other. This too summarizes and instructs our character and
ways of living.
When we live in accordance with the Torah, people will be able to see the true
expression of YHWH in us; Gracious, Loving,
Merciful, Patient, faithful, Self-control, and rejoicing. Nothing in
the Torah can condemn this. This sums up the essence of Character. When Mankind
imitates YHWH Shekinah, The Ruach Qodesh, he’s actually imitating YHWH’s
character.
YHWH’s graciousness expresses his patience, kindness, goodness, love and
longsuffering. His Kingship and dominion-ship expresses his self-control and
responsibility. YHWH has everything in control, that’s why he is the Creator of
Justice, Justness and peace. Peace brings unity and eliminates strife and
prejudices, which in turn brings about joy.
Because YHWH has
not broken his Covenant with the Hebrew/Israelite People of the Covenant, the
African Ebionite Israelite peoples and has continually shown his faithfulness,
never to forsake his people or his Word, how much more should we as his people
of the Israelite Torah Covenant imitate him.
If we are to ever
reestablish our reputation and calling of being the true light of the World and
a priest unto the nations, then we must began to let the Gentiles see YHWH our
Father in us. We must become One with YHWH as we are led by his Ruach Qodesh,
The Emmah within us, in his Torah. When
people see us, the Hebrews, they must see the Word of YHWH in us. We must live
as a Nation of the Anointed Ones. We must live like royal chosen Sons and
Daughters of Lihgt and Truth, for YHWH our father is King!
We are the true
Mashiakhim of YeshiYah! Yahweh’s Ruach is upon us and within us, that is those
of us who have received it, to proclaim
the message of the Kingdom of YHWH. We are called to administer Ethical
MonoYahwism!!
When we finally
decide to take our places as YHWH’s Chosen and imitate YHWH character, then and
only then will the earth be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of YHWH as
the waters and cover the sea! Then and only then will the people know that, “
who ever calls upon the name of YHWH will be SAVED!” Truly Saved!!! And they
will desire to imitate YHWH as We, The Ha’ Yisraeli Tora Brith Yahad, the
African Israelite Ebionite-Essenes!
