Laws
of
the
Israelite Torah Covenant
Community inc.
Articles I Name
The Israelite organization shall be known as: Israelite
Torah Covenant Community Alliance Inc., with Beth Kalamath Kazyinuth(Visions
of Dreams) Orthodox Cushite Hebrew Int’l as the Father Ministry, and
Cushite Hebrew Yeshiva of Israelite and Rabbinical Studies inc. as the Educational backbone.
Article II- Purpose and Declaration
We are a Multi-Cultural Interfaith-Independent Israelite- Jewish Organization/Ministry. We
aim at Restoring the True Creator YHWH to the peoples, and the Principles and
Spirit of the Torah of Moshe so that we may rebuild and strengthen the Family
foundations, the Spiritual and Mental well-being of Society among inner-cities and people of African Descent, and
establish independent healthy
Spiritual, Economical, family oriented Israelite Communities around the World
in every Land, nation and country under the Israelite Torah Covenant Community.
Article III- Membership
section I- Eligibility
Membership/ingraftment shall be granted to those who
meet the standards and criteria(appendix I and II) determined by the Israelite
Torah Covenant Community board of Elders and Directors, and who actively
completes the one year ingraftment process through teaching and practice and
building of Israelite culture, community and beliefs. The one year probationary status is required for full membership.
Section II-application
Anyone seeking to ingraft themselves into the ITCC shall
seek counsel from the Torah Covenatn Community Spiritual Leadership and
complete application. ITCC shall act on
it by scheduling an official counseling and orientation session(group or
individual) following receipt of application
Section III- Approval and Recognition
Upon approval after eligibility requirements have been
me, a Certificate/I.D of membership(or Associate status) shall be issued to
newly Israelite believer, If believer has not already done so, believer shall
adopt an Israelite name as his/her own.
The right hand of fellowship/family shall be extended publicly with love
and compassion.
Section IV.- Donations and support
Each member shall support the ITCC ministry to do the work
of building the Kingdom of Yahweh/ financially, actively and purposefully as
structured by the ITCC according the the Torah of Yah..
Section V.- Tenure
Membership/fellowship with the ITCC is permanent unless
revoked by Alliance due to continuous Practices deemed inappropriate by ITCC
and the TORAH, Immorality, insubordination to ITCC Leadership, breach or compromise of the Bylaws and
Statement of faith of ITCC, or defamation or misrepresentation of ITCC and its
extention organiztions and its members
Article IV- Discipline
Section I- Warnings and Removal
A. A member or associate may be disciplined or
warned by ITCC Beit Din Spiritual Leadership/Elders or removed/excommunicated
for a period of indefinite time (depending on offense) from the ITCC causes
warranting such actions of misconduct as
1. Failure to
support the organization and its vision
2. “Any” immoral
acts as the Hebrew scriptures and ITCC deem inappropriate
3. Spiritual
treason(speaking against, attempting to cause defamation or do harm as to the
reputation of the Organization/community, its Leaders and Ministries), divisive
controversy, violation of monotheism practice by Idolatry, rebellious acts and
un-submissiveness towards leadership council
B. When an
accusation is issued by two or more witnessess or there is visible evidence or suspected offense an investigation
into the matter will be executed and the offender notified. After an investigation into the
matter/allegations, prior to disciplining action a letter of notification in writing
shall be sent to the alleged offending member stating specific accusation and
disciplining action sought. A date
shall be set for alleged offender(and offended and witnesses if available) to
appear before Spiritual leadership/Beit Din.
C. The alleged
offending Member(s) shall respond within 7days(excluding Shabbath) in writing
with an oath by the name of Yah stating innocence or guilty and 2-3days through phone conference with an
oath by Yah stating innocence or guilty to the allegations. A date shall be set for alleged offender
(and offended/witness if available) to appear before Spiritual leadership/Beit
Din)
1. If offender admits guilt by oath to the
allegations, then an appearance before the Beit Din will be required to give
explanation and to determine appropriate Spiritual discipline.
2. If offender deny’s by oath in writing and
phone conference, then a Spiritual trial will be set and select members in good
standing with upright character will be selected to Jury..
3. If offender is a Spiritual Leader, then
“only” other ITCC Spiritual Leaders may be selected for Jury.
E. A 4/7 vote or
recommendation by High Priest is required to warn, discipline or excommunicate
a member.
F. Any acts of
violence that injured or is life threatening to High priest, spiritual leaders
or members and/or any criminal/illegal acts committed(except polygamy) as
deemed by federal, state or local laws, if applicable, shall be related over to
appropriate law enforcement authorities
Article V-Officiants
Officiants are elected/selected to prospective offices
for the promotion of both the business, religious/spiritual, and Community
aspects of ITCC.
Section I- Main offices
The prospective offices shall be the following: ,
President(High Priest), Vice President, Secretary(ies) and Treasurer(s), Board
of Directors and Board of Elders
Section II-basic duties and functions
a. President Shall
be Chief Spiritual Leader(High Priest/Rabbah-Kohane)) over ITCC, spiritual and
business affairs of ITCC(currently founder Dr. Rabbi-Kohan Shalomim Yahoshua HaLahawi)***
b.
Vice-President(I &II)/Priest is appointed by President and shall
assist President and fill positions of engagements, should president be absent
or unavailable due to travel, other business, legal, illness or other as deemed
by President.
c. Board of
Directors are to assist and advise President(High Priest) in the business,
economical and financial affairs of the Communities/organization as well as the
Educational, Technical, and security Community affairs of the organization. The
Chairman of the Board shall be titled the Chief Executive Administrator
of ITCC
d. Elders(Board
of Elders) are to fulfill prospective personal Ministry(Spiritual calling)
and assist and advise President in spiritual, community and discipline affairs
or the organization. They are to establish the Laws and Statutes for the well-being
and security of the ITCC International Communities
e. General
Secretary shall be administrative direct of the day to day functions of the
organization.
f.
Treasurer(s) 1. Shall have
the responsibility of record-keeping of all funds o f the organization and make
all deposits in the name of the organization
2. Shall receive monies received by organization and maintain
separate accounts of all funds raised and contributed for particular purposes
and make deposits of monies within 24 business hours, into bank designated by
the ITCC
3. Shall submit to board of Directors, quarterly(or upon request)
information as to the condition of treasury and a summary, an itemized report
of receipts and disbursements, showing actual financial conditions of the
organization at each quarterly meeting.
g.
ITCC Beit Din(House of Judgement- The
Spiritual/ Judicial Branch of ITCC Shall execute the The Constitution and Laws of
ITCC in “Justness” and Justice between Israelite and Israelite, ingrafted
gentile and ingrafted gentile. There shall be one Torah for the Israelite and
gentile and Justness for all. They shall make Judgement and decrees according
to the Torah Laws, Statutes and Judgements of ITCC as to Community, Business,
civil, Marital and Immoral affairs.(The Supreme Beit-din Shall consist of Three Judges(Shaphatim), The
High Priest being the Supreme Judge, and A Nabi-Shaphatim and/or another(s)
reputable Israelite deemed appropriate for the Shaphatim)
1.
Each individual/and or Int’l Community Shall have
Local Beit-Dins with three Shaphatim, a Local Board of Elders and Board of
Directors, general Community secretary and Treasurer in the proper order and
chain of Command as to the ITCC order of Authority
2.
There shall be two representatives per community,
elected by the ITCC members to represent the Community before the Board of
Elders and Directors
***-Spiritual Leader/President is based on Theocracy
Leadership and is the final authority on all matters both business and
Spiritual. The founder appoints Two
succeeding assistant High Priest and regular Priests. After High Priest deceases or Resigns, The succeeding High Priest
I, promotes and appoints Next assistant High
PriestII(previous Assistant High priest II promotes to Assistant High Priest I) who becomes assistant High Priest/President
II. High/ Priesthood is permanate. Board of Elders only have Jurisdiction over
appointing or taking action of removal of succeeding High Priest/President when
there arises such acts of immorality or compromise of the vision of ITCC or
other criminal or blasphemous acts of Idolatry.
A.The offices of Elders(Counsel of Sanhedrin) shall be
appointed based on requirements of Israelite Yeshiva being met and the show of
Spiritual call, faithfullness, knowledge, and working of the vision of ITCC, upright character and
moral standards.
B. The offices
of Board of Directors shall be elected by recommendation of BOD and approval of
President and Chief Executive Administrator and based on meeting the basic requirements of membership and classes(as
deemed by Yeshiva), having skill and qualifications in Business Education and Administration, and a
record of Excellent Stewardship and moral character.
C. Secretary and
Treasurer shall meet the same qualifications as Board of Directors
All offices, except President and Vice President, Chief
Executive Administrator, Shaphatim(and
their
sub-ordinate chains of command) are interchangeable and
one person can fill one or more offices.
Unless appointed, Board-ship does not constitute Eldership and Eldership
does not constitute Boardship.
Section IV- Tenure
Offices are permanent unless violation of Morality code Article
IV and revoked by President, Majority vote of Eldership or Board of
Directors or Terminated by Resignation or Spiritual Promotion/Demotion.
Section V- Warnings, Discipline and Removal
Action shall be taken based on the procedures of
Article IV
Section
VI-Ordination, Recognition
Upon approval after eligibility requirements have been
met and High Priest deems appropriate, a Public ceremony of Admonition,
S’mikhah, prayer and oathing by Torah into office shall commence and a
Certificate/Ordination/Recognition of Moreh(Israelite Teacher, Rabbi( Israelite
Scholar), Kohane( Priest ie. Pastoral,
Music Ministry, Pastoral Counselor), Nabi(Prophetic Preacher), commision to preach, Maggid(Evangelist
preache)r, Elder, Shaphat(Spiritual Judge), Shaliach, Licensed Israelite
Minister or Israelite Ministerial Social Worker, shall be issued to officer and
officer shall be granted authority to Work Ministry in his/her field of calling
and ordination representing the ITCC.
A. Ordination
are offered “only” to those who are apart/Members of the ITCC.... He/She must
possess and prove the Ministry calling in accordance to the Israelite Culture
and Traditions, Have sufficient foundation in Torah, Tenakh, and Israelite
Practices and Culture. They must show
faithfullness in fullfilling the Vision of ITCC as ITCC helps them fulfill their
individual callings in unity, community and teamwork. There must be a manifest Covenant Relationship with Yahweh the
Eternal Creator and Father of Yishra’ala,
the Israelite Community, Leaders and founder and overseer(s) of
ITCC. The power and Word/Torah/Spirit
of Yah must be worked daily in his/her life
1. License, Ordinations, and Certificates are
only Valid as Long as Minister is Registered/Member in good standing with
ITCC. In the event that Minister or
Spiritual Leader Leaves or breaks fellowship from ITCC, Ordination, License, or
Certificate will be Revoked and any Tax exempt status is Given through ITCC be
suspended terminated.
Article VI-Types of Certificates, Ordinations or License
A. Commission
to Preach Certificate- issued to those who show a calling on their lives to
be Spiritual Leaders but have little or no Ministerial Experience. They are enrolled or pursuing enrollment in
the Cushite Hebrew Yeshiva of Israelite and Rabbinical Studies. They assist the Overseer or Extension Overseers
in any ministerial duties. They act as
armorbearers. They have permission and
limited authority to establish on-campus Israelite bible clubs or student
unions at School or College in which they attend, under the banner of Israelite
Torah Covenant Community. They may
occasionally have bible studies for the purpose of studying together with
others and introducing them to the ITCC. They will receive assistance from a
Spiritual Elders of ITCC concerning such duties. This is for the purpose of gaining experience while studying to
become an official Spiritual Leader of ITCC.
B. Certified
Ministry Worker- issued to those who are appointed to Work in general
leadership areas of the ITCC and its extension Ministries, such as Board of
Directors, Secretary/treasurer, Teaching Childrens Classess, Youth Workers,
Armorbearers, Food and Clothing outreach, activities, choir, Israelite
Evangelism and other Israelite Community related work. They are overseen by Kohanim or Rabbi’s of
different functions.
C. Licensed
Israelite Minister- issued to those who have completed a B.A level(or Level
I) from the Cushite Hebrew Yeshiva or Valid Israelite or Rabbinical
Seminary(with optional requirements met), show a calling to the ministry and
were previously Commissioned to preach or Certified Ministry Worker, have a
sufficient working knowledge of Israelite Culture and Community. They will either function in their
respective calling/ work under the authority of Overseer of ITCC or overseer of ITCC extension ministries or work
to pursue further studies to become a Kohane(with Overseer approval). There are several Types of Israelite
Ministers:
1. Maggid-
He/She acts as an Evangelist/Exorter for the ITCC under the authority the
Kohane of its extension ministries. They
may travel and hold campaigns or meeting spreading the Message of Yahweh, the
Torah and the Kingdom of Yah to the Nations.
, 2.
Moreh(Teacher)-has the ability to Master teaching the Torah. establishes
and trains The Israelite community in the ways of the Torah.
3.
Shaliach(ambassador)- Acts as an Ambassador or official
Speaker/representative for the ITCC (for press, conference or public
matters). Has the ability to establish
and pioneer Extention Ministries,
Organizations and educational Institutes under ITCC.
4. Pastoral Counselor- gives Pastoral
counseling in areas of family/relationships, crisis counseling, Ministerial
Counseling, Educational and Carreer counseling , Spiritual and Emotioal
Counseling etc.
5. Ministerial Social Worker- Works with
Israelite(gentile) Families and children concerning Parenting, Establishing
proper roles in the house among Husband, Wife and Children according to
Israelite Culture, preventing potential abuses among Spousal and or Children.
He/she is a
Spiritual Case Worker.(both Pastoral Counselor and Ministerial Social
Workers compliment each other and act as Deliverance Ministers also)
D. Shaphat- Is appointed to be a spiritual Judge
in the ITCC Beit Din(house of Judgement). Has superb comprehension and
knowledge of Tenakh Laws and Regulations, and able to interpret and execute the
Oral Torah Laws and regulations according to Halakhah of ITCC. Justice and fairness is his/her mandate to
protect the people and members of ITCC.
This title is conferred upon those who are Kohanim who are appointed to
be Shaphatim
E. Kohane-
Highest in authority and Spiritual rank.
Have Completed the Dr or III Level of Study at Cushite Hebrew
Yeshiva. Kohanim represent the People
before Yah, especially on Yom Kippur. They are able to function in various
offices sich as Teachers, Overseers, Shaphats, Shaliachs, Maggids, pastoral
Counselors, Ministerial Social Work, .
If they are extension overseers, they are able to Establish and produce
other Kohanim and all the other titles within their extension Ministries, to
extend from their Extension Ministry(see Chart). They fufill the Work of the Ministry as Taught in the Torah and
by ITCC.

Mother....Etc Etc... all under the Banner of ITCC
