Project and construction of single family houses (2 in 1998, first 5 photos) and low-income housing developments for organized groups of tenants, the most recent of these was done in the County of Ecatepec, a suburb of Mexico City (3 photos at left) and Workers Union of the Mexican Petroleum Company. (1975-2000). Projects include reconstruction of downtown Mexico City housing areas hit by the 1985 earthquake (300 departments) with international financial support from Oxfam, England, Novib, Ford Foundation and Catholic Relief Services; Consulting architect for the reconstruction of 1986 earthquake damages in San Salvador, El Salvador, sponsored by Oxfam, England.
