One of the themes in the Core class is about jobs and finding a job. One place where a person
can find job "listings" (ads for jobs that are available) is in the newspaper's "Classified" section.
- Click on the following link to see an example of a real ad from the London Free Press. Read the instructions in the upper frame. Fill in the blanks in the lower frame.

- Take a Closer Look: Write answers to the following in MS Word.
- Click on "London Free Press Classified Ads" at the top of your screen. Look through
some of the other job ads that are posted.
- Find three that interest you. Why do these job listings interest you?
- How would you try to convince your potential employers that you are well suited for
these jobs?
- Find three that you would strongly dislike. Why do these not interest you?
