My Hostfamily - The Brown's
The family of Mitzi Brown from West Cobb hosted me on weekends, Thanksgiving, etc, together with the Betterton family. Mike, Mitzi, George and Abbey have a wonderful home close to Marietta, but my favourite spot was their cabin in Blue Ridge, in the North Georgia Mountains. It was such a beautiful place, and a great retreat from the busy life at school. There we could play with the dog, go for walks, and eat Mike's wonderful food....
