How to go to Heaven
Perhaps you are saying, "this sounds like pie-in-the-sky, religious
stuff." No, Christ Jesus is not 'religion", He is
The
Saviour. He lives, He wants you to be with Him forever. Your wrong
doing, your sin, can be forgiven and you CAN be restored to God, no matter
if your sin be as black as hell.
How can that be?God Himself has said: This means all of us, you included. The Bible shows many times that all are sinful. What did God do to save us from the results and punishment due for our sin? That is what the glorious record of Christ Jesus reveals to all those who have lost hope. "For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly... But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,Christ died for us." Romans 5: 6 & 8 How does God forgive your sin, and bring you back to Him? Christ Jesus shed His blood on the Cross to take the punishment for your sin and mine.
The ball is now in your court! You can either reject or accept what Christ has done on your behalf. Accept, and you will find forgiveness, restoration, new life in Christ and even God will take you to Heaven when you die. "But as many as received him (Lord Jesus Christ), to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." John 1:12. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16.
What is "repenting"?Saying that Jesus is the Son of God and took away the sins of the world
does not mean that He is Lord of your life.
A challenge for you !You have eternity to gain if you do, and eternity to lose if you don't! This is a matter of everlasting life and spiritual death (decay). That's a long time to live in bitter regret - FOREVER. We pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. Take God's offer of mercy, forgiveness and His free gift of eternal life in Him.
YOU might PRAY something like this:"But as many as received Him [Jesus Christ], to them gave he power to
become the children of God, even to them that believe on His Name."
Becoming a Christian is a matter of spiritual birth, being a Christian is a matter of spiritual growth. click here |
