A Poem A Day

I had a gift never shown
And I didn't find it alone,
A freind helped you see
One who cared for me,
After some encouragement
The talent was finally sent,
Once sent it wouldn't subside
Because I could never hide,
Hide my talent you see
That's to write poetry,
And the only way I can repay
Is by writing a poem a day.
