Where Does Love Go

Where does all the love go
Does it melt as if it were snow,
Does it freeze as it falls like sleet
When we find no one to meet,
Does it become a cloud of rain
When we find there's so much pain,
Or is it a fierce hurricane
Coming to drive us insane,
Is it a large tropical typhoon
That does explode like a balloon,
Or does it just become a twister
When every word comes out as a whisper.
