The Super Two is a Ford Special of which fewer than 100 were made.
I owned one in 1966 with UK registration number 92MT. I doubt it
has survived (although the registration number probably has), but this
is what it looked like:-
Judging by the photo of the example in Classic & Sports Car (January
2002, page 123), my car had modified headlights i.e. they were sited in
fairings between the bonnet and the wings.
The spherical bulge on the bonnet was also a modification, to make room
for the carburettor.
I have pleasant memories of the car. If anyone can provide information
about what happened to it after 1966, I would be interested to hear
from them. I have some other photos taken when I owned
it which might be of interest.
