    • Matt 20:29 says from Jericho, this account says unto Jericho. Why the difference?

    • Because archeological and historical records show a second Jericho, this was Herod's winter palace.
    • Matt 9:27 What? A duplication with errors? No, this account happened in Capernaum
    • Matt 20:29-34 The dilemma of 1 or 2 men. In Luke 18:35 it is recorded that it is a "certain" blind man. There certainly may have been two, or even more.
    v36-38 The blind man is needy asking for mercy, for help
    (It is in Mark he is named: Bartimaeus)
    v39 The people were put out, upset, with Bartimaeus, but he the more called out to Jesus.
