CIVIL WAR

A very bloody time in our nation's history, the Civil War Era divided a strong blooming nation into bitter enemies. Not was the Civil War about slavery but a change in the way of life that The South had maintained for a very long time. This very idea pitted brother against brother and countryman against countryman. And even though the Union won, abolished slavery, and reunited the country, it would be many, many decades before the country would consider itself as whole, rather than two joined under one flag. The following links are of major battles fought during the Civil War, I have tried to include as much material as I could, if you do not find the answers in my homepage, try one of the other links concerning that battle, or email me the question you are looking to answer, and I will do my best to assist you. There are also links to people who were major rolls in the war, as well as documentation produced in this Era.
