The picture of the river was easy to find -- it was so big that it covered one wall! "Maybe there's a secret door behind it!" Trevor said, and he started to try to pull the picture off of the wall.
"No wait, Trevor! That picture has been there for a hundred years! You might break -- "

BANG! The picture fell down on the floor, and Trevor fell too. Dirt and dust were everywhere. The picture was torn, and the frame had broken into many pieces. "Iyo Trevor! I told you so!" (Iyo! is what Taiwanese people say when they are surprised. It's a little like or "Oh!" in English). "Now look at all this dust and dirt. I know I don't want to clean all this! We're probably going to be in trouble when people see this!"

"Let's just leave now" said Trevor

"No. We have to clean all this up....Hey, what's this?" In the middle of all the dirt and the broken painting was a very old piece of paper. they read it:

My name is Mary Gentry. I'm so afraid that the army will come and kill us all. Even if they don't come, I am very sick. The doctor won't say so, but I think I will die very soon. If you find this, please give this jewel to my brother in London. His name is Harrison Gentry. He is taking care of my little girl, and this is the only money we have to help her."
