Welcome to
da Tarantulas!
NEWS: The Season STARTS this weekend!!
Howdy Tarantulas! We have a couple new players, lost some of our old friends (good luck to them) and are ready for the new season! PRACTICE: We're now back to evening practices... starting Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00-7:15pm !
Check out the schedule below. All games are at 60 acres. It's early, but it's awesome... you'll have the entire day to do something else!
Schedule: All players should be at the field 15 minutes (rain) or 25 minutes (shine) BEFORE the start of the game!
First name is Treats / second name is drinks (non-caffinated)
It WILL PROBABLY be cold (and wet), so dress appropriately! The following schedule is from THIS YEAR, 2004! It's CURRENT!

PLEASE BE AT FIELDS 25 MINUTES BEFORE GAME TIME!
PRACTICES:
If it is cold/raining, bring warm, dry clothing (sweats, parkas, etc.). They may wear sweat shirts & pants under their jersey; better is to wear OVER the uniform, and take the sweat pants off when they go in the game. Large umbrellas are also good. Have your son bring a water bottle, and have him eat a GOOD early breakfast (bagels are good) on game day, plenty of liquids, fruits and veggies. Pasta the night before, for dinner, is excellent! Games last about an 80 minutes total, 40 minutes a half, 11 a side including a goalie. No Smoking or pets at any of the fields (League and country rules). Oh, and teach your sons:
SWEARING IS A RED
CARD!!! Last year our sportsmanship was good! So... be happy, have fun, and let coach Dave coach ... Thank you!
