Have you ever wondered why there's so much superstition about Friday the 13th? It was said that sitting 13 down to a table was unlucky because there were 13 at the Last Supper, and Judas, the 13th guest betrayed our Lord.
The very next day, some say was Friday the 13th, the day on which our Lord was crucified. That led some people to believe that it was unlucky to have 13 people for a meal, and that one of them would die within that same year.
Put not your trust in luck or blind superstitions, but only in the Lord. Whom He guides, He also guards. There's no such thing as good or bad luck.
